If you need to cancel your order, please email us at shop_support@getloosid.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to stop the order before it’s processed and shipped. Once you have a tracking number, we
can no longer cancel or change the order.
If you've entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us at shop_support@getloosid.com immediately. We will try to correct the address, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed. Please note, we are not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address you provided at checkout.
Orders typically process in 3-5 business days. During sales, processing can take 7-10 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll get an email with tracking information so you can follow your package’s progress.
After placing your order, you should receive a confirmation email. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder. If you still don’t find it, you may have entered your email incorrectly. Please contact us with
the correct email at shop_support@getloosid.com.

If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn’t receive your package, try these steps:
- Check around your property and ask neighbors if they received it by mistake.
- Wait 48 hours, as sometimes packages are marked "delivered" prematurely.

If you received the wrong or a damaged item, please email a photo of the item to shop_support@getloosid.com, and we’ll send a replacement at no extra cost.
